Fluorosilicone rubber (FVMQ / F-SI)

Range of hardness (shore A):45~80
Temperature range (℃):-60~+177
Features: polar saturated rubber, with temperature resistance and aging resistance as silicone material and oil resistance as fluoride materials, corrosion resistance, and solvent resistance.

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE / of Teflon)

Range of hardness (shore A) :-100~280
Temperature range (℃): -70~+90
Features: thermoplastic material, characterized by high chemical resistance, excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance, low coefficient of friction, almost unconditional resistance to oxidation. Weather aging and aging, the drawback is not outstanding sealing performance.

Polyurethane (PU)
Range of hardness (shore A):60~95
Temperature range (℃) :Polyester AU  -40~+100; polyether EU  -80~+90
Features: polar saturated materials, excellent mechanical strength, elongation and wear properties, tensile strength, degree, tear resistance, AU compatible with oil, the EU compatible with water.

Polyacrylate rubber (ACM)

Range of hardness (shore A):45~80
Temperature range (℃):-15~+150
Characteristics: saturated polar rubber, high temperature resistant, extreme pressure hydraulic oil resistance to engine oil, transmission oil and ATF oil, mainly used in the automotive industry.

Polyethylene / acrylic rubber (AEM)

Range of hardness (shore A):40~85
Temperature range (℃):-30~+150
Features: Compression of saturated polar rubber, excellent high temperature resistance, oil resistance as well as smaller compression rate to engine oil, transmission oil and ATF oil, mainly used in the automotive industry.

Butyl rubber (IIR)

Range of hardness (shore A):50~90
Temperature range (℃):-50~+120
Features: unsaturated low molecular polymer, with excellent aging resistance, airtight, resistance to certain chemical media. (Particularly applicable to the field of tires, ink devices).

FEP fluorine coated rubber

Standard hardness (shore A):  70~90
Rubber core of the heat-resistant standard range (° C) for the fluorine rubber:-15~220;rubber core Silicone:-55~200
Characteristics: can be applied under the conditions of high temperature and high corrosion chemicals, with very low friction coefficient. Due to the poor flexibility of   fluoride products, we recommend soak the FEP fluorine coated rubber into 80 to 100 ° C hot water or oil to increase its flexibility, which makes installation easier.

Note: O-ring material, any size can be produced
